​​The Tasracing Integrity Unit (TIU) administers, licenses and regulates the operations of Tasmanian on-course bookmakers in accordance with part 9 of the [Racing Regulation and Integrity Act 2024.](https://www.legislation.tas.gov.au/view/whole/pdf/asmade/act-2024-016)

Bookmakers are also subject to the *Racing (Bookmaker Betting) Regulations 2015, *the *Racing (Miscellaneous) Regulations 2015 *and the *Racing (Race Fields) Regulations 2019*. (These can be viewed on [www.legislation.tas.gov.au​](https://www.legislation.tas.gov.au/)). For further information on bookmaking please contact the TIU.
