Tasmanian Racing Integrity Commissioner

The Tasmanian Racing Integrity Commissioner is an independent statutory officer appointed by the Governor of Tasmania under the Racing Regulation and Integrity Act 2024. The functions and powers of the Commissioner take effect on 1 February 2025.

Racing Integrity Committee

The Committee is tasked with providing oversight, advice and recommendations to the relevant racing authority in relation to integrity and welfare matters and the overall fairness of racing competitions.

Treatment Book

All licenced trainers must keep accurate records of medications and treatments administered to racing animals under their care.

TCO2 Levels

The following horses that have recorded a TCO2 reading of 35.0 mmol/L but below the threshold set out in the Australian Rules of Racing.
