Integrity - Notice of Disqualifications, Warned Off and Forfeits/Defaulters List

Defaulters:

Any person placed on the List as a Defaulter shall be subject to

The same restrictions as those imposed on a disqualified person
Any engagements (self or your horses/greyhounds) will be withdrawn

A name will not be removed from the List until determined by the Chief Racing Integrity Officer following payment of the fine in full together with the appropriate administration fee and a written request for consideration of the removal of a name. It is a requirement that persons placed on the List appear, in person, before the Chief Racing Integrity Officer at the next licensing meeting.
