Eligibility Criteria
Open to Standardbred and Thoroughbred horses which are:
- Bred for racing in Tasmania, or
- Bred outside Tasmania but raced and retired in Tasmania and
- Support is available to horses that are 'recently retired' and within 6 months of their registered retirement date.
- Support is available one-time only for each eligible horse and does not apply to horses acquired through OTT 'Acknowledged retrainer' program
- New owner agrees that their details can be sent to Hygain for the purposes of providing the advice and feed coupons.
- This offer is limited to 5 opportunities per person per financial year.
How to redeem your Advice and Hygain feed
- Apply via the application form here
- Tasracing will review your application and if eligible, email you to confirm your approval, and provide the Hygain call centre link for nutritional advice.
- You must attend the Hygain phone consultation to discuss which products are recommended for your horse.
- A Hygain representative will then provide the feed coupon to you.
Note: the Hygain products that are funded by OTT may change from time to time.
The expiry date of the Vouchers is printed on the voucher, and cannot be changed or extended, nor vouchers re-issued for loss, expiry or any other reason.
Hygain may make available further instore discounts, Loyalty Program and offers from time to time, however these offers together with customer information requests and any terms and conditions, shall be expressly agreed between Hygain and the horse owners, and are outside this initiative.
