In view of the determination of the Independent Stewards Panel delivered on Thursday, 30th Jan 2025 the Tasracing Integrity Unit determined that on Monday, 3rd February 2025 to not approve the premises of Harness trainer Mr Wayne Yole situated at 117 Valley Road, Sidmouth.
By way of explanation a disqualified person resided on the property which is contrary to the restrictions of AHRR 259. Mr W Yole was advised forthwith that no nominations for trials or races would be accepted until stewards receive and consider a change to the present arrangement.
Until such time Mr W Yole has been granted approval to continue to train and maintain the welfare of all horses at this property.
