Tasracing is continuing to consider options for safe return to racing activities after 9 March.
 
A further update will be provided early next week after consultation with key industry stakeholders.
 
In the interim, veterinary advice remains to vaccinate all uninfected dogs, to increase their immunity to Kennel Cough and make it safe for them to mix with the rest of the greyhound  population when training and racing activities resume.

Greyhounds that have recovered from Kennel Cough infection will have developed natural immunity to the disease.
