The Spreyton meeting programmed for Wednesday, 26 August, will proceed.

Following the remedial works undertaken on Thursday, 13 August, trackwork has proceeded without incident since Friday, 14 August.

Trials were conducted on Tuesday, 18 August, without incident. The track was inspected during and following the trials.

The track has continued to improve, with the presence of stones significantly reduced following the remedial works and ongoing track maintenance

Remedial works and inspections have continued throughout this week, with particular focus on the running lines and barrier starting positions.

Tasracing will conduct further track inspections on Tuesday, 25 August, and again on Wednesday morning, 26 August.

As previously communicated, Stewards assured Riders that any subsequent decision taken would only be after a careful analysis of all applicable factors and that they would be kept appraised of any developments and their input would be taken into consideration.

The track will also be walked and inspected following each race.
