Launceston Night Racing is back, and in 2026/27 the season is bigger and better than ever!
The season starts a fortnight earlier than it did in 2025, with the return meeting under lights on Wednesday, 16 September. All up, the Night Season will include 22 meetings, with 12 on Friday nights.
All-night meetings will feature hosted coverage on the Tasracing Live stream, while selected meetings will also be broadcast on Sky Thoroughbred Central and on free-to-air television via Racing.com.
The Tasmanian Newmarket, Conquering Stakes, Launceston Guineas and Tasmanian Oaks are just a few of the huge races that will be decided under lights this season.
